The Pot and Grass Company sells hardy bamboo, ornamental grasses, sedges and gingers through its on line shop the Bamboo Store. As you browse through the site you will find a link to the Bamboo Store in the menu bar on each page of the Pot and Grass Company site. To enter the store just click on the menu button and it will take you directly to the store front .

When you arrive at the Bamboo Store you will be offered a selection of categories from which you can choose. The present categories are Bamboo, Grasses, Sedges,  Fens and Plant Collections. By clicking on the Icon a link will take you to the area of the store that is dedicated to that range of products. Or you may select the Search option and you can search the whole site for a particular plant by either its Latin or its common name, its characteristics, habitat, or colour.

Each group of plants or product is displayed on a page with a  small photograph and short description. If you see something you like, click on the image and it will automatically take you to a page where that product is explained in more detail and a larger picture is displayed.

Buying a Plant:

  Checkout and Completing your order:

Once you have completed your shopping go to the .

Make sure you check that the goods you have in your basket are correct. If not then now is the time to remove them from your basket before starting the checkout procedure. Do this by altering the quantity to Zero  in the check box and clicking the update button. Dont worry if you start the checkout process and you realise that you have made a mistake or you wantto make a change to your order,  you can press the cancel option  and abort the checkout at any time and return to the Bamboo Store.

Payment and Confirmation:

Once you are satisfied that everything is in order and you have read and understand the terms and conditions , you can start the checkout process by clicking .

During the checkout you will be taken through several steps to verify your order, enter your details and shipping address, presented with the shipping costs,  and asked to choose a payment option.

Depending on which option you choose you will be directed to a secure sit to complete the transaction.

Once you have completed the payment transaction you will receive a confirmation email with your details on it including the  shipping address, itemised bill, invoice number and unique order and customer number.
