The Pot and Grass Company Payment Details.

Thank you for shopping at the pot and grass company. We accept the following forms of payment.  Credit Cards,  Debit Cards,  Paypal, Personal Cheque.

If you would like to pay online with your credit or debit card please pay using our Merchant  Accounts at (see options  below) or alternatively you still have the option of a standard personal bank chequejust place your order and we will invoice you.   Please be aware that for security reasons and your protection we do not take credit card details or process orders manually over the telephone. At t he bottom of your order confirmation page at the Bamboo Store check  out  you will be presented with a list of options how to pay. Please check that the details of your order are all correct and that you have read the terms and conditions. Then select the method you would like to pay. Payment using your Creditor Debit Card.

 

Payment with your Creditor Debit Card. To pay online using your Credit or Debit card please follow the instructions that you will be prompted for when checking out of the Bamboo Store. During the process you will be asked for your Digital Verification Number. You will find this on the back ofyour credit or debit card.

Payment using your Paypal account.

 

Payment using your Paypal Account  is easy through our   Just select the pay with Paypal when you are offered the selection of payment options during the checkout process.

If you would like to pay using your PayPal account or pay by Credit or Debit cards through your PayPal account click the Checkout with PayPal when prompted at the Bamboo Store.

 

If you  have a PayPal account you can transfer funds directly from your Paypal account to our PayPal account without sharing  your financial details you will be offered  the PayPal option at the  Checkout.

 

               How secure is it?


Payment using Personal Cheque's.

Many people may not be comfortable paying for goods over the Internet or may just prefer to pay using a standard personal cheque. If this is the option that suits you then just complete your shopping at the Bamboo Store and then start the check out procedure. During the checkout procedure you will be presented with an order confirmation page for you to check. At the bottom of thepage will be a number of payment options for you to choose from. One ofthe options will be 'Pay by standard cheque. It will look like this. Pay by personal cheque. Check the box and complete the checkout process as instructed. You will not be asked for any financial or personal information other than the billing/shipping address and your email. On completion of the checkout process you will receive an email confirming your order is being preparedalong with your order number and invoice . Print out two copies, one for your own record and enclose the other with a personal cheque and mail it to us. Once we receive payment we will dispatch your order. ( see terms and conditions ). You can track the progress of your order though your customeraccount .
