Why part with your money until you have to?

The Pot and Grass Company are pleased to be able tooffer their customers a chance to avoid disappointment and reserve plants inadvance using the premium plant tagging service. This allows our customers totag or reserve a plant well in advance without having to pay the full purchaseprice until the plants are ready for dispatch. This service is only offered between 1st September  and 1st of April.

Just select the  plants at the Bamboo Store and add them to your basket as usual. and when you have finished your shopping precede to the checkout as normal.

If you choose to reserve bamboos or other plants justselect the Tag These Plants  option in the check box and complete the checkout procedure.

You will not be asked to provide any financial information only for your contact address and email. No money will be charged to or debited from your account.

You will receive a conformation email that contains your order details, shipping address, and order number. Print this off and enclose it in an envelope with a cheque for 20% of the total invoice value and post it to The Pot and Grass Company, 2 shop Lane, East Mersea Essex, CO58TR

Your chosen bamboo or grass will be reserved for you at the prices quoted on the invoice.

One week before your plants are ready for dispatch we will contact you to let you know your plants are ready, and we will invoice you for the balance. You then have the option to choose your preferred method of payment.

Tagging is not permitted on special offer or promotional items.
